Xenia Noelle Field (née Lowinsky) (25 December 1894 - 24 January 1998) was a politician, prison reformer, philanthropist, horticulturist and author.

Born in India, in 1933 she married Dr James W Field in Marylebone.

She joined the Labour Party and in 1946 was elected to the London County Council as a councillor representing Paddington North. She lost her seat to her Conservative Party opponent in 1949. She made two unsuccessful attempts to enter parliament at the 1950 and 1951 general elections. She later joined the Social Democratic Party when it split from Labour in 1982.

She died in a Kensington nursing home aged 103.
