William Roston Bourke (1842 - 1923) was principal of Holloway College. The College was established in 1864 in Hornsey Road, Holloway, and provided a commercial education. (The institution should not be confused with the Royal Holloway College).

From 1882 to 1900 he was a Moderate Party member of the London School Board, representing Finsbury. He retired at the 1900 school board elections.
