William Hammond (c.1851 - 10 June 1921)

Born in Battersea, Hammond was a building contractor. By 1898 he lived at Bolingbroke Grove, Wandsworth Common.

He was a member of Battersea Borough Council, and in 1919 was elected to the London County Council as a Municipal Reform Party councillor representing Battersea South.
