William Francis Brown (3 May 1862 – 16 December 1951) was a Roman Catholic clergyman.

Born in Dundee, Scotland, he moved to London where he was ordained as a priest in 1886.

Member of the London School Board, elected for Southwark in 1897 and 1900.

In 1924 he was appointed an Auxiliary Bishop of the Diocese of Southwark and Titular Bishop of Pella.
