William Burnham Garrett (c.1836 - 1 September 1889) was a solicitor and politician in the City of London.[1]

A member of the Common Council for Tower Ward, he held the office of Chairman of the Markets Committee for many years.[2] From 1883 - 1888 he was a member of the Metropolitan Board of Works. His legal business was based at 16 Water Lane in the City, and lived at Wallington in the Surrey suburbs. He died at Stony Stratford, Buckinghamshire aged 63.[3]
