Station on the District Line, and, at various times of the day,Piccadilly Line On the boundary between Travelcard Zone 2 and Travelcard Zone 3. The junction for the Richmond and Ealing Broadway branches.
Opened 1 January 1869 by the London and South Western Railway. The Metropolitan District Railway services began 1 June 1877. There was a complex pattern of changing routes with mainline services finally being withdrawn 3 June 1916.
