Thomas Huggett (c.1837-30 November 1899) was a businessman and local politician in the Kensington area.
A builder, he was a member of Kensington Vestry, of which he was finance chairman at the time of his death.
He was also a member of the London School Board, as one of the representatives for the Chelsea Division from 1891.
He died suddenly from a heart attack while returning from a meeting of the school board, aged 62.
