Thomas Bentley Westacott (1839 - 20 August 1924).

Born in Devon, he was the son of a carpenter. By 1861 he was a solicitor's clerk and living in Marylebone. He became an estate agent and auctioneer and took up residence in the Kentish Town area of St Pancras.

Moderate Party member of the London County Council elected 1889 1892 1895 St Pancras (East) Alderman 1898 - 1901 Elected 1898 in lieu of Lord Farrer, Hubbard and Lushington

He later moved out to the Middlesex suburb of Brondesbury.
