Stephen Gee (1865-4 July 1947) was a tailor, an active lay member of the Methodist Church and a local politician in the Shoreditch area.

Born in Hoxton, he was the son of Samuel Gee, a clockmaker, and his wife Amelia née Jackson. In 1883 he joined the United Methodist Free Church and in 1896 was involved in funding of the building of the Harbour Light Chapel in Goldsmiths Row, Haggerston.

In 1888 he married Elizabeth Emma How.

Member of the Progressive Party in the London County Council representing Shoreditch (Haggerston) from 1910-13. He was made a justice of the peace in 1915.
