Stanley Kemp-Welch (9 April 1843 - 12 April 1929) was a businessman and educationist.
A rice miller and starch manufacturer, he was a resident of Streatham Hill in the parish of Lambeth, and became involved in the politics of the area.
Member of the London School Board, elected for Lambeth 1876, co-opted 21 October 1880.
