Spencer Barclay Heward (1853 - 13 December 1914) was a stockbroker and local politician.

Born in Grosvenor Square, he moved to the Essex suburbs of Walthamstow and later Loughton.

Member of the Progressive Party in the London County Council representing Lambeth North 1895-98.

In 1910 he was chairman of the London Edinburgh and Glasgow Assurance Company Limited. He died at Hampstead aged 61.
