Henry Gray Studholme (13 June 1899 – 9 October 1987), known as Sir Henry Studholme, 1st Baronet, of Perridge in the County of Devon from 1956 was a Conservative Party politician.

He was elected to the London County Council, sitting as a Municipal Reform Party councillor representing Lambeth, Kennington in 1931. He lost his seat at the 1934 county council election. He returned to the county council at a by-election in 1936, becoming a councillor for Paddington South unopposed in place of a deceased colleague. He held the seat at the 1937 council eletion, resigning in 1945.

In the meantime he had been elected member of parliament for Tiverton in Devon in 1945, holding the seat until 1966. He was created a baronet in 1956.
