Dr. Shaikh Ghisaud Dean (1899-1978) was a medical doctor and Labour Party politician.

Born in India, he trained in medicine in the Punjab before moving to London. He became a resident of Kentish Town, he served in the Royal Army Medical Corps during World War II.

Member of the London County Council representing St Pancras North 1949-58. Also a member of St Pancras Borough Council.
