Rose Emma Lamartine Yates (née Janau ) (23 February 1875 – 5 November 1954) was a social campaigner and sufragette.
Born in Lambeth to naturalised French-born parents, in 1900 she married Thomas Lamartine Yates, a solicitor - both were members of the Cyclists' Touring Club..
Independent Member of the London County Council representing Lambeth North 1919-22.
