Richard Clive Edmonds (29 April 1910 - 4 January 1988) was a journalist, publisher, printer and Labour Party politician.

Born in South Wales. Educated at Harrow School. A member of Chelsea Borough Council from 1950 to 1953

A member of the London County Council from 1952-1965 representing Fulham West from 1952-1955 and Fulham from 1955-1965. He was Chairman of the LCC's Roads Committee and then of the Town Planning Committee.

At the 1959 General Election he was an unsuccessful candidate at Lewisham West.

Following the abolition of the LCC he was elected to the successor Greater London Council in 1964 to represent Hammersmith (which included Fulham). He lost his seat at the next GLC election in 1967.
