Reginald Ward (c.1829 - 2 July 1892) was a solicitor who worked in local government in London.

The youngest son of the Rev. Robert Ward, a Norfolk clergyman.

He was solicitor to the Metropolitan Board of Works from 1878 and its successor the London County Council from 1889 until he retired for health reasons in 1890.

He died at Tunbridge Wells, Kent.
