Robert Grosvenor Taylor (1875 - 23 December 1960) was a miller, corn merchant and local politician.

The son of Seth Taylor of Waterloo Mills, Lambeth. Resident at Tadworth near Reigate, Surrey.

A Municipal Reform Party member of the London County Council from 1919-40. He represented Wandsworth Central until 1931 and Wandsworth, Putney thereafter.
