Percival Harry Reed (1880 - 4 June 1939) was a businessman and local politician.
Born in Greenwich, he was the son of Henry Reed, a butcher and his wife Mary.
A merchant, he spent much of the first decade of the twentieth century in India.
Elected to the London County Council as a Municipal Reform Party councillor representing Lewisham West in 1922, he held the seat until 1931, when he became an alderman, retiring from the council in 1937.
He died at his home in Sydenham in 1939, aged 59.
