Oliver Mitchell (1830-1895) was a Church of England clergyman.

Born in Ossett, Yorkshire, he entered Jesus College, Cambridge in 1850. He graduated BA in 1855.

He was ordained as a deacon in 1856 and as a priest in 1857. His first ecclesiastical post was as a curate in Southampton.

In 1858 he came to London as curate of St Peter's, Walworth. In 1865 a new parish of All Saints, Walworth was formed, and Mitchell was appointed its first vicar. he held the post until his death.

In 1888 he was elected to the London School Board representing Lambeth East until 1891.
