Louis Wolfgang Bondy (19 June 1910 - 10 June 1993) was an antiquarian bookseller and local politician.
Born in Berlin, Bondy, who was Jewish, left Germany when the Nazis came to power and moved to London in 1934. He established a bookshop in Great Russell Street, Bloomsbury.
He entered local politics as a Labour Party councillor in 1958: he was elected as a member of the London County Council representing Holborn and St Pancras South until the county council's abolition. He became a member of the Greater London Council (GLC) that replaced the London County Council. On the GLC he represented Camden 1964-1967, Islington 1970-73 and Islington North 1973-1981.
He was chairman of the GLC's Historic Buildings Board.
