This is a list of constituencies returning members of parliament (MPs) to the parliament of the United Kingdom from the passing of the Great Reform Act of 1832 to the coming into effect of the Second Reform Act at the 1868 general election.

Finsbury Parliamentary Borough 2 Named after the Finsbury Division of Middlesex, of which it formed part
Greenwich Parliamentary Borough 2 Comprised a number of Kent parishes: Deptford St Nicholas, Deptford St Paul, and parts of Charlton next Woolwich, Greenwich, Plumstead and Woolwich
Lambeth Parliamentary Borough 2 Comprised the entire parish of St Mary Newington, the parish of St Giles Camberwell (except for the Manor and Hamlet of Dulwich) and the northern, built up, part of the parish of Lambeth, all in Surrey.
Marylebone Parliamentary Borough 2 Comprised three Middlesex parishes of St Marylebone, Paddington and St Pancras
Southwark Parliamentary Borough 2 The ancient parliamentary borough comprised the Surrey parishes of Southwark St George the Martyr, Southwark St John Horsleydown, Southwark St Olave, Southwark St Thomas and part of Southwark St Saviour. In 1832 the boundaries were extended to include Bermondsey, Rotherhithe, Southwark Christchurch and the remainder of St Saviour.
Tower Hamlets Parliamentary Borough 2 Comprised the Liberty of the Tower, and the Tower Division of Ossulston Hundred of Middlesex
Westminster Parliamentary Borough 2 Ancient parliamentary borough consisted of the parishes of Westminster St Margaret and St John, St Anne Within the Liberty of Westminster and St Clement Danes. In 1832 the boundaries were extended to include the Close of the Collegiate Church of St Peter, Liberty of the Duchy of Lancaster, St George Hanover Square, St Martin in the Fields, St Mary-le-Strand, St Paul Covent Garden, Precinct of the Savoy and Westminster St James.
