Mrs. Lilias Girdwood Gillies (nee MacGregor) (born July 1931) is a retired Labour Party politician.

Born in the Scotstoun and Yoker area of Glasgow, Scotland. In 1958 she married Neil Eoin Gillies in Partick, also in the Glasgow area.

By 1959 the couple were living in Fulham.

In 1973 she was elected to represent Tooting on the Greater London Council. At the next GLC election in 1977 she lost her seat to the Conservative Party candidate, Tom Ham.

She is a former director of Haringey Advisory Group On Alcohol and Community Housing And Therapy.
