Leslie George Banks (24 February 1891 – 1975) was a Labour Party politician active in the Wandsworth area.

Born in Kennington, he was the son of Horace Banks, a coachbuilder, and his wife Clara. By 1911 the family had moved to Clapham, in the Metropolitan Borough of Wandsworth, and Banks had entered employment as a metal turner. He retained his connection with the Clapham area for the rest of his life.

He sat as a member of the London County Council representing Wandsworth, Clapham from 1946–55 and 1958-61.
