Joseph Seymour Bartlett (1847 - August 1934)

A leading figure in Liberal Party politics in South London in the 1880s and 1890s both in the Brixton constituency and in the London Liberal and Radical Union.

He was briefly a member of the London School Board, co-opted to fill a casual vacancy in the representation of Lambeth West in January 1902. The board was abolished in 1904.
