Reverend Joseph Green Pilkington (1835-1917) was a Church of England clergyman.

He was educated at Trinity College, Dublin, before being ordained as a priest by the Bishop of Chester in 1859. His first clerical post was in Liverpool.

From 1870-95 he was vicar of St Mark's, Dalston. From 1895-1907 he was vicar of Holy Trinity, Paddington.

Member of the London School Board, elected for Hackney 1873.
