John Stewart Collins (13 January 1922 - 1990) was a Conservative Party politician in Hammersmith.

The youngest son of Edward Worton Collins, a Yorkshire-born locomotive boiler maker and Florence née Davy.

A member of Hammersmith Borough Council, in the 1960 New Years Honours he was awarded the OBE for "political services in West London".[1]

He later returned to local government when he was elected as a member of the Greater London Council to represent Hammersmith in 1967. He did not finish his three-year term as he was disqualified due to non-attendance in 1970.
