James Pascall (c.1785-10 January 1864) was a local politician in the Clerkenwell area.

A resident of Pentonville, in 1834 he was the first chairman of the Clerkenwell Board of Poor Law Guardians. In 1842 he was appointed an income tax commissioner for the Finsbury District. He was also a churchwarden and treasurer of Clerkenwell Vestry.

In 1854 he was appointed to the Metropolitan Commission of Sewers. When the commission was replaced by the Metropolitan Board of Works in 1855, Pascall was chosen by the Clerkenwell Vestry as their representative on the board. He remained a member until his death, aged 78, in January 1864.
