Dr Henry Harris (c.1838-26 April 1895) was a surgeon and local politician.

Educated at the City of London School and St Thomas' Hospital, he became a homoeopathic practitioner in 1869.

He sat as a Progressive Party member of the London County Council representing Lambeth, Brixton 1892-95.

Due to poor health he did not seek re-election in March 1895 and died suddenly at hids residence in Denmark Hill, Camberwell, aged 57.

Not be confused with Sir Henry Percy Harris, Municipal Reform Party member of the London County Council 1892-1910 and Chairman of the County Council 1907-08.
