Henry Charles Charleton (1 March 1870 – 8 October 1959) was a Labour Party politician.
Born in Kentish Town, he became an engine driver for the Midland Railway and an official in the National Union of Railwaymen. He was elected as member of parliament for Leeds South in 1922, but lost his seat at the 1931 general election.
He was briefly a member of the London County Council when he was chosen to be an alderman in March 1934. Although his term of office ran until 1940, he regained his parliamentary seat at the 1935 general election and resigned from the county council on 17 December of that year. He retired from parliament in 1945.
