Captain Henry Berkeley (c.1833 - 4 May 1898) was a Royal Navy officer and educationist.
The son of Francis Henry FitzHardinge Berkeley (1794-1870), Liberal Party MP for Bristol.
In 1879 he was adopted by the ratepayers of Fulham as a suitable candidate for the London School Board. He was duly adopted by a conference of the Metropolitan Vestries, and won a seat as a representative of the Chelsea Division. He served a single three-year term until 1882.
Berkeley lived at Warwick Lodge, Hammersmith.
