Harry Ernest Browne (born Binderman) (16 July 1906-27 February 1983) was a Labour Party politician active in the Paddington/ North Westminster area.

The son of Solomon Binderman, a Russian-born watchmaker, he was born in Shoreditch. He adopted the surname Browne many years before formally changing it by deed poll on 28 November 1963.

From 1953-65 he represented Harrow Road Ward on the Westminster Council, from 1961-65 represented Paddington North on the London County Council and from 1964-68 was an alderman on the enlarged Westminster City Council.
