Reverend Frederick Tugwell (1812 - 23 May 1892) was a Church of England clergyman.
Born in Wiltshire, in December 1861 he was ordained as a deacon by the Bishop of Salisbury. He was appointed curate of Cleator, in Cumberland, and was ordained a priest by the Bishop of Carlisle in December 1862.
In March 1865 he was appointed vicar of St Andrew's, Lambeth, in succession to his brother, Lewen Tugwell.
In 1876 he was elected to the London School Board, as one of the representatives of the Lambeth Division.
In 1882 he was appointed vicar of St John, Havering-atte-Bower, a post he held until his death.
