Frederick Joseph White Dellow (6 October 1837 - 1914) was a businessman and educationist.

Born in Stepney, the son of Richard Dellow and Matilda Louisa White he entered business as brush and basket maker in St. George in the East, later becoming a cotton waste merchant in West Ham and Walthamstow.

Member of the London School Board, elected for Tower Hamlets 1885 1888.

He died in 1914 in Romford.
