Frederick Davies (1856-1924) was a businessman and educationist.

Born in Liverpool, Davies entered business as a tea and silver merchant. He moved to London, settling in Lexham Gardens, Kensington. In 1885 he married Georgina Maud Kellner. The couple were divorced in 1907.

In 1891 he was elected to the London School Board as a Moderate member representing the Chelsea Division. He was re-elected twice, remaining a member until 1900.
