Frank Towell (1 February 1905 - 14 February 1992) was a Labour Party politician.

A member of the Clerical and Administrative Workers Union he first contested an election when he lived in Lewisham but failed to win a seat on the borough council. By 1949 he was living in Bedfont and was elected to Feltham Urban District Council. He was chairman of the council in 1954-55.

In 1951 he was elected to Middlesex County Council to represent Feltham North and was advanced to the position of county alderman in 1958.

At the 1959 General Election he stood unsuccessfully for Labour at Portsmouth South.

When Middlesex County Council was abolished, Towell was elected to the Greater London Council in 1964 as one of the three representatives of the London Borough of Brent. He lost his seat to the Conservative Party at the next elections in 1967.

There is a Frank Towell Court [1] in Feltham.
