Frank Headland East (23 June 1891 - 10 October 1955).

The son of Robert Headland East and his wife Jane née Butterfill, he was born in De Beauvoir Town.

During the First World War he held a commission in the Royal Garrison Artillery. He married Maude Glendenning in Willesden in 1919. By 1924 the family were living in Wandsworth.

Conservative Party member of the London County Council 1949-55 for Wandsworth, Putney.

Awarded the OBE in Birthday Honours 1952 for "political and public services in London".
