Frank Dennning (1863 - 7 February 1916) was a dairyman and local politician.
Owned Bowyer's Milk Dairy, West Wickham, but on the outbreak of war shifted to producing munitions.
A resident of South Norwood, he became an alderman on Croydon Corporation in 1903, and served as Mayor of Croydon from 1913 until his death, aged 52.
Established the Frank Denning Memorial Charity.
