The Reverend Father Francis Cotter Beckley (1843 - 1908) was a Roman Catholic priest and educationist.

Born in Islington, he was educated at St Edmunds College, Ware and Vallodolid, Spain.

He was appointed Rector of St Patrick's Church, Wapping (mention here [1]).

Member of the London School Board, elected for Tower Hamlets 1 February 1900, 1900.
