Eileen Mary Nagle Hoare née Creagh (7 November 1904 – 1977)
She married Reginald Ratcliff Hoare 10 December 1930.
A Conservative Party member of the London County Council as an alderman 1949-55 as a councillor for Wandsworth, Putney from 1955–58 and again from 1961-65. Deputy Chairman of the London County Council 1962–63. She was awarded the OBE in the 1960 Birthday Honours "for political and public services in London".
