Edward George Easton (1852-2 August 1916) was a local politician in the Fulham area.

Born in Chelsea,[1] in 1898 he was elected to the London County Council as a Moderate Party councillor representing Fulham.[2] He lost the seat in 1901.[3]

When the Metropolitan Borough of Fulham was created in 1900, Easton was elected as a councillor representing Barons Court ward.[4] Described as a "Conservative and Unionist", he was re-elected in 1903,[5] 1906[6] and 1909.[7] He did not contest the 1912 election, but was appointed an alderman, remaining a member of the borough council until his death.[8] He served as Mayor of Fulham in 1907-1908.[9]

He was returned to the London County Council at the 1907 election, when the reorganised Moderates, now known as the Municipal Reform Party, swept to power.[10] He held the Fulham seat at the 1910 and 1913 elections.[11][12] On the county council he was active on the public health and asylum committees.[8]

He died at his West Kensington home in 1916, survived by six sons, four of whom held commissions in the armed forces.[8][13]
