Lieutenant-Colonel Eustace Widdrington Morrison-Bell (10 February 1874 – 13 December 1947) was an army officer and local politician.

The youngest son of Sir Charles William Morrison-Bell, 1st Bt. and Louisa Maria née Dawes, in 1892 he received a commission in the Rifle Brigade. He served on the North West Frontier, The Boer War. He retired from the army became a lieutenant-colonel in the Territorial Force. He returned to active service in the First World War in Europe, and was mentioned in despatches.

He was elected unopposed to the London County Council to fill a casual vacancy in the representation of St Marylebone in July 1914. Following the war he was re-elected for a three-year term on the council from 1919-22.
