Sir Ernest Henry Kemp (c.1882 - 4 June 1958).
Municipal Reform Party member of the London County Council elected 1922-34 Woolwich, West.
An alderman on Woolwich Borough Council, he served as Mayor of Woolwich in 1933-34. In the New Years Honours 1936 he was knighted "for political and public services in Woolwich".[1]
