Daniel "Dan" Frankel (18 August 1900 - 16 May 1988) was a Labour Party politician from the East End of London.
Born in Mile End, he was the son of an itinerant Jewish tailor, from whom he learnt the trade.
In 1931 he was elected to the London County Council to represent Stepney, Mile End, holding the seat until 1946. He was chairman of the county council's Hospital and Management Services Committee.
At the 1935 general election he was elected as Mile End's member of parliament. He remained a member of the House of Commons until 1945, when he was defeated by Phil Piratin of the Communist Party.
