Rt Hon. Charles Thomson Ritchie, Baron Ritchie of Dundee, 19 November 1838 – 9 January 1906 was a Conservative Party politician who held a number of cabinet posts. As President of the Local Government Board he steered the Local Government Act 1888 through parliament, creating the London County Council.
He was to briefly serve as a Moderate Party alderman on the county council in 1895.
