Charles James Allpass (1879-1960) was a businessman and politician in south London.

Born in Kingston, he was the son of J Allpass, owner of Hastings Limited, a business selling furnishings, prams and accessories, pianos and musical instruments. Charles took over the business in about 1910, when it had branches in Westminster, Brixton, Clapham Junction, West Norwood and Fulham. The company ceased trading shortly after the Second World War. In 1929 he was joint honorary secretary of the Battersea Traders Association.

He was elected to the London County Council as a Municipal Reform Party representing Battersea South in 1925, and re-elected four times before standing down at the 1946 election.
