Bingham Road railway station was a railway station in Addiscombe, Croydon at grid reference TQ342662. It was opened on 1 July 1906 by the South Eastern and Chatham Railway. Two wooden platforms without buildings were constructed, on the north side of Bingham Road, on the embankment of the existing Woodside and South Croydon Railway. The halt closed on 15 March 1915 as a wartime economy measure.
When the Southern Railway electrified the line in 1935 a new station was built on the south side of Bingham Road, and opened on 30 September 1935. The last trains ran on Friday 13 May and it was officially closed from 16 May 1983. Tramlink, which opened in 2000, took the route through Bingham Road albeit at ground level with the embankment removed. Addiscombe tram stop is built on the site of the original halt closed in 1915 . This is not the site of the former Addiscombe railway station which was located about half a mile to the west of it.
