Benita Dorothy Barham (née Berens) (25 October 1907-11 July 1995) was a Conservative Party local politician.

Born in St Mary Cray, she was the daughter of Atherton Berens, described as a farmer and as of "independent means".

In 1927 she was to marry Vivian Frederick William Boyd Carpenter in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire. The church marriage was cancelled although the civil marriage was recorded as taking place in Worcestershire. In 1942 she married Harold Vivian Barham in Bromley, with her surname given as "Berens or Boyd Carpenter".

She was a member of the Greater London Council representing Bromley from 1964 – 1970. She was Vice Chairman of the GLC for 1969-1970, but did not seek re-election in 1970 on medical grounds.
