Arthur Langdale (c.1838 - 24 November 1893) was a solicitor and educationist.

The fourth son of the Honourable Charles Langdale(1787-1868) of Houghton Hall, Yorkshire, a leading Roman Catholic layman and Liberal Party politician. 

He came to London, and was admitted as a law student at the Inner Temple in 1864.

He was a member of the London School Board for six years: elected to represent Tower Hamlets 1870 and 1873, he stood down at the 1876 election. He was represented as a representative of Roman Catholics.

He continued to be active in public life and was a leading member of the Catholic Truth Society.
