Antony Thomas Reid Fletcher (born June 1929) was a barrister and Conservative Party politician.

The only son of Mr & Mrs H B Fletcher of The Kennels, Gonalston, Nottingham.

Educated at Oxford, he was called to the bar at the Inner Temple in 1953.

He sat as a member of the London County Council representing Lewisham North 1961-65 and as a member of the Greater London Council representing Ealing 1967–1970.

A private secretary to the Conservative chief whip in the House of Commons, he was Conservative candidate at Romford at the 1964 General Election, but failed to unseat the Labour Party member of parliament.
