Anne Patricia Kerr (24 March 1925 – 29 July 1973) (née Bersey, married James Doran Clark in 1944 and Russell Whiston Kerr MP in 1960) was a journalist, broadcaster and Labour Party politician.

She served in the Women's Royal Naval Service during World War II before entering a career in acting, journalism and broadcasting.

Active in the Labour Party, she was elected to the London County Council in 1958 as a councillor representing Wandsworth, Putney. She held the seat until the county council's abolition in 1965.

In 1964 she was elected to the House of Commons as member of parliament for Rochester and Chatham, holding the seat until 1970.
